Frequently asked questions
Can I exchange or return your garments?
Yes! You can return/exchange all our items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of use, washing, or damage incurred after delivery.
What materials do you use in your clothes?
We primarily use 100% organic cotton, recycled polyester, and other certified materials that are kind to both body and environment. Many of our garments are OEKO-TEX®-, GRS-, and EU Ecolabel-certified – and always carefully selected to withstand cold days in the mountains and city.
How long is the delivery time?
Normally, we ship your order within 3-4 business days. Delivery time within Sweden is then approximately 1–4 weekdays, depending on where you live. For other information, please see our Shipping Policy.
How do I care for my CozyNorth garments?
We recommend washing at 30°C and avoiding tumble dryers to preserve fit and print. Please turn garments inside out when washing. Our heavy cotton and detailed embroideries will last longer if you treat them with the same care you treat your ski equipment.
Can I use your clothes on the slopes?
Yes! Several of our garments – especially hoodies, beanies, jackets, and vests – are designed for layering in mountain environments, with wind-resistant materials and generous fits. They work perfectly for freeride, park, après-ski, or just as a warming layer in everyday life.
