Can I exchange or return your items?
Yes! You can return or exchange any of our items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition and with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of use, washing or damage after delivery.
What materials do you use in your clothing?
We mainly use 100% organic cotton, recycled polyester and other certified materials that are kind to both you and the planet. Many of our pieces are OEKO-TEX®, GRS and EU Ecolabel certified – carefully chosen to handle cold days in both the mountains and the city.
How long is the delivery time?
We normally ship your order within 3–4 business days. Delivery within Sweden then takes about 1–4 business days depending on your location. For more information, see our Shipping Policy.
How do I care for my CozyNorth pieces?
We recommend washing at 30 °C and avoiding tumble drying to preserve fit and prints. Turn garments inside out before washing. Our heavyweight cotton and detailed embroidery last longer if you treat them with the same care as your ski gear.
Can I wear your clothes on the slopes?
Yes! Several of our pieces – especially hoodies, beanies, jackets and vests – are designed for layering in mountain conditions, with wind-resistant fabrics and roomy fits. Perfect for freeride, park, après-ski or simply as a warming layer in everyday life.
