Kan man byta eller returnera era plagg?
Ja! Du kan returnera / byta alla våra varor inom 30 dagar från att du mottagit din beställning. Varorna måste vara oanvända, i originalskick och med alla etiketter kvar. Returer godkänns inte för varor som visar tecken på användning, tvätt eller skador som uppkommit efter leverans.
Vilka material använder ni i era kläder?
Vi använder främst 100 % ekologisk bomull, återvunnen polyester och andra certifierade material som är snälla mot både kropp och miljö. Många av våra plagg är OEKO-TEX®-, GRS- och EU Ecolabel-certifierade – och alltid noga utvalda för att klara kalla dagar i fjäll och stad.
Hur lång är leveranstiden?
Normalt skickar vi din order inom 3-4 arbetsdagar. Leveranstiden inom Sverige är därefter cirka 1–4 vardagar, beroende på var du bor. För övrig information se vår Fraktpolicy.
Hur tar jag hand om mina CozyNorth-plagg?
Vi rekommenderar att du tvättar i 30°C och undviker torktumlare för att bevara passform och tryck. Vänd gärna plaggen ut och in vid tvätt. Vår tunga bomull och våra detaljerade brodyrer håller längre om du behandlar dem med samma omsorg som du behandlar din skidutrustning.
Kan jag använda era kläder i backen?
Ja! Flera av våra plagg – framför allt hoodies, mössor, jackor och västar – är designade för lager-på-lager-användning i fjällmiljö, med vindtåliga material och rymliga passformer. De funkar utmärkt för freeride, park, afterski eller bara som ett värmande lager i vardagen.
